!!!preferenceを探す
まずはVMWare Playerの設定ファイルであるpreferenceを探す。
!!Linuxの場合
 ~/.vmware 
にある。

!!Windowsの場合
 ホーム\Application Data\VMware
にある。

!!!preferenceを編集する
 pref.vmplayer.fullscreen.nobar = "TRUE"
を追加する。

!!!最大化を解除するには
一度、
 Ctrl+Alt
したあとで
 Ctrl+Alt+Enter
などでフルスクリーンを解除する。
