を設定すれば、他はなにもしなくても動作するみたいだけど、
Monitor セクションの

くらいは書いた方が無難。

Puppy Linux の場合

xvesa を使うほうが楽。
1280x600 を選ぶ際に選択画面が切れていて見えないので注意。ちゃんと選択肢にあるので、ウインドウを広げるなどして選択する。
